Do you know what I love about barre? It's accessible to everyone. With minimal to zero impact on joints, a barre available as a support system and a format that doesn't have you moving from the floor up to standing constantly, everyone is able to feel confident and successful in a barre class.

Nikki tells us all the time- "Eat at least 1 salad a day." I would go a step further to say "Make salad your dinner." Salad as the main course is a great way to get all your veggies in and be able to eat a large, filling meal with more fiber, fewer calories.

But whether you are motivated by the fit of your clothes, or that wedding next year you’ve been invited to, it’s time to start setting up goals so that there are no more upsetting jeans moments.

First things first, establish what your bigger overall goals are and write them down to keep you accountable.

Is your bigger goal to lose five pounds or seventeen? Be specific. Do you want to be able to run a 10k?

Is there an event you want to look your best at? Or, what about trying to lower your body fat percentage before your next doctor’s appointment?

Superfood Popcorn

I love popcorn! It is my snack of choice after a day of eating fruits and veggies. A bowl of popcorn, a bottle of kombucha and I am a happy gal. Popcorn contains fiber  and is a whole grain. It is a much better alternative than chips for snacking.
