Salsa or salad, either way, it is delicious!!
1/2 a ripe pineapple chopped into diced into small cubes
1/4 of a red onion chopped
1 large clove of a garlic finely minced
1 half a jalapeno finely minced (if you like spicy leave in the seeds, if you don't remove them)
a large handful of cilantro chopped (more or less depending on your liking)
juice of 1 large lime
a pinch of sea salt
Mix well. Serve with cucumber chips or eat as a salad.
